Zus\u00e4tzlich werfen wir einen Blick auf die Asana Utthita Parsvakonasana und ihre m\u00f6glichen Varianten. Nach einer R\u00fcckfrage habe ich zudem eine \u00dcbersichtsseite zur <a href=\"https:\/\/mr-ananda.com\/?page_id=5915\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Asana Ardha Matsyendrasana, dem Drehsitz<\/a>, erstellt. In dieser Woche konzentrieren wir uns insbesondere auf Bauchmuskel\u00fcbungen. Diese sind auch besonders zur R\u00fcckbildung nach der Geburt geeignet.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem eine kleine Ver\u00e4nderung im laufenden Kurs: Leider wurde die Option, nach freiem Ermessen zu spenden statt eine Yoga-Kurs-Karte zu erwerben, nicht so gut angenommen wie erhofft. Daher bieten wir diese Option nicht mehr an. Das bedeutet, dass ihr wieder eine Yoga-Karte ben\u00f6tigt, um am Yoga-Kurs teilzunehmen. Vor Ort wird eine Liste bereitgestellt, in die ihr euch f\u00fcr die Yoga-Stunde eintragen k\u00f6nnt, um eine Kostenr\u00fcckerstattung bei der Krankenkasse zu beantragen.<\/p>\n<p>Ich freue mich auf die gemeinsame Yoga Praxis!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Sonnengru\u00df Jivamukti A<\/h3>\n<p>In der vergangenen Woche haben wir den Sonnengru\u00df ein wenig variiert und <a href=\"https:\/\/mr-ananda.com\/?page_id=3240\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jivamukti A Sonnengru\u00dffolgen<\/a> ge\u00fcbt. Es wurden die folgenden Aspekte beschrieben: \u201eWissen \u00fcber den Nachthimmel (Gati Jnanam)\u201c, \u201eWissen \u00fcber die Sterne (Tara Vyuha Jnanam)\u201c, \u201eWissen \u00fcber die Welten (Bhuvana Jnanam)\u201c, \u201eWissen \u00fcber das Subtile (Suksma Jnana)\u201c sowie \u201edie Kraft eines Elefanten\u201c (Baleshu Hasti Baladini). All dies wird durch Versenkung\/Absorption (Samyama) erreicht. Es geht weiter mit \u201eGro\u00dfe Freundlichkeit\u201c (Maitri Dishu Balani), \u201eWissen \u00fcber Handlung und entstehende Wirkung\u201c (Nirupakramam Jnana), \u201eWissen \u00fcber Handlung und direkte Wirkung\u201c (Sopakramam Jnana), \u201eWissen der Fremdwahrnehmung\u201c (Pratyayasya Para Chitta Jnana) und \u201eErkennen von Ursachen f\u00fcr Pr\u00e4gungen\/Neigungen\u201c (Purva Jati Jnana). Purva Jati Jnanam wird in manchen Quellen auch als &#8222;Wissen \u00fcber fr\u00fchere Geburten&#8220; \u00fcbersetzt bzw. interpretiert.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Yoga Retreat und Workshop<\/h3>\n<p>Abschlie\u00dfend nochmals der Hinweis auf eine neue Yoga-Veranstaltung im Jahr 2026: \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/mr-ananda.com\/?page_id=5615\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ekadasanga Yoga Intensiv Wochenende<\/a>\u201d am Bodensee: Wasser verstehen und richtig anwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Es handelt sich um ein dreit\u00e4giges Praxis-Seminar mit dynamischem Yoga und Wasseranwendungen nach Sebastian Kneipp, die sich einfach in den Alltag einf\u00fcgen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ausbildung zum \u201eKneipp-Trainer\u201d in Naturheilkunde an der Sebastian-Kneipp-Akademie hat mir die Wirkung des Wassers auf K\u00f6rper und Geist sowie dessen richtige Anwendung vor Augen gef\u00fchrt. Ich habe diesen Workshop konzipiert, um genau das zu erreichen. Er vermittelt das Wissen in komprimierter Form und umfasst praktische \u00dcbungen, die sich sofort selbst ausprobieren lassen.
